General information

1. Our terms are full payment on order

2. All prices quoted exclude embroidery, freight and VAT

3. The African Tusk Clothing General and Payment Terms and Conditions are on the client information form

4. Showroom samples will be charged for and credited on return (excluding the freight)

5. Deliveries are for the clients account. Please provide us with your freight details or we will use our couriers at your cost

6. Deliveries are usually between 3 and 6 weeks – 3 weeks for garments ex stock with logos included, within 6 weeks for specially manufactured garments

7. Our pricing is based on sizing XS - 2XL; for 3XL add 10%, 4XL add 20% etc. please see each garment style for unique size/price break

8. Embroidery: will be quoted on sight - please remember that the embroidery cost is not based on the amount of colours, but rather the amount of stitches. The more detailed or the larger the logo, the more expensive. So, if you have a colourful logo - keep it that way as it won't cost you extra

9. There is no VAT payable on export orders when we use the African Tusk couriers

10. No returns or swaps on shoes or conti suits – please order a sample to check the general sizing

11. No returns or swaps on garments correctly supplied according to the order – please order samples to check the general sizing

12. Any shortages to be e-mailed to us within 48 hours of receipt or your claim cannot be considered

Shipping and delivery costs

1. We will use normal post with a tracking number to outlying areas and a courier service to your street address for main centres. Parcels will be delivered during working hours Monday to Friday. The tracking numbers are on your invoice.

2. Please note that if you do not instruct us in writing to insure the order it will be sent uninsured and the risk lies with you, the client.

Washing and Garment Care Information
1. Cold water wash.

2. Do not tumbledry.

3. Garments must be rinsed thoroughly - if there is detergent left in the fabric the sunlight will bleach the fabric very quickly and the colour will fade.

4. When drying in sunlight the garments must be turned inside out to reduce colour fading.

5. Cool iron must be used on all fabrics except nylons and polar fleece materials.

6. Do not iron the screenprints or the embroideries.
